This is written by one of my favorite poets. It has changed my life and it is still today a guidance in my daily life. If you want to see a change, you must look within and be the change within. With a blessed heart I guide people not to focus outside of them, but to travel the world within. We are influenced daily by what others think, what others say, others wear that we slowly forgot our own voice.

At an early age I already felt that I did not fit into the world, yet it took me most of my adulthood to accept, embrace and to be brave to let it all go, so I could be reborn. Over more than a decade ago yoga and meditation came into my life, because I got physical sick, and I couldn’t walk anymore. That’s when I learned to really tune in to listen what my body was asking. I took the first step on the path of my physical healing. I was so grateful for the lessons and the healing, that I wanted to share that with the world and started my first Yoga Teacher Training, which led me to the path of emotional healing. I dove into the world of meditation, expanded my knowledge about holistic coaching, guiding women back to their true essence and embracing it.

All my experiences, both from life as from studies are being reflected in my teachings and coaching. It is my mission to let you know that you just have to remember who you truly are, by peeling your layers one by one. I help you to be more gentle with yourself, to allow yourself to feel and to listen to that inner voice. I encourage everyone to always ask themselves; What do I need? What do I feel? What do I want? To answer these questions, you must silence the world and listen to your inner voice. In my free time I like to write (poetry) , design, dance and spend time in nature alone or with my loved ones.
